The Two Boxes

I have in my hands two boxes

I heeded His words, and in the two boxes

Both my joys and sorrows I store
But though the gold became heavier each day

The black was as light as before

With curiosity, I opened the black

I wanted to find out why

I showed the hole to God, and mused aloud,

This is a picture of me and my aussie cousins in Perth. Mark is a cutie and soi check keeps saying that he is "ting ker ai."(translation: quite cute)

It's so sweet when kids play together!!

It took them a while to warm up to each other but they did and was
happily walking around the zoo together. I couldn't figure out what
they were doing here but they were picking up leaves and putting them
on the seat ... incredibly adorable ;)

Nothing like sharing a drink

Gabriel and Saffron decided to take a break and drink their milk while
enjoying the view of the manatees and sealion.

They were so intrigued we didn't have to move from this enclosure for
a good half an hour!!

Just like Daddy

Think Gabriel's afraid of heights too!! We were walking on this
elevated platform at the elephant enclosure and you could see down
into it through the boardwalk. Gabriel was taking tiny steps and
trying to stay in the middle of the boardwalk was as much as possible.
But as soon as he saw the elephants, he didn't think about the height
anymore =)

Isn't it quick? We last got together to send Gwen Chae Chae off to
Geneva and that was 6 months ago!! In another 6 months, we'll have
her Welcome Home party ;)

Had steamboat at Coca Restuarant in International Building.

For everyone who wasn't at the dinner, Gwen's the one next to Tua Pek,
her hair's covering her face at the moment :P
